Happy November!

November 4, 2019November 6, 2019 Post a comment

Happy November to you all. I love the end of the year and the holiday season! It’s always a chaotic but beautiful time in the schools, right? In our house this year, I think we are breaking out Elf on the Shelf for the first time, so I hear that will be essentially another full time job. 🙂

More importantly, next week is School Psychology Awareness Week! Were you aware??? I first found out about this during my graduate school year when, in internship, we had to do a special project for it. That was probably the most I’ve celebrated in the 9 years I’ve been in schools. 🙂

I’m lucky enough to have a really well rounded position in Connecticut, where I feel pretty supported as a School Psychologist. Many school psychs are less lucky, though, and it’s important for all of us to advocate for everyone!

Next week I’ll be sharing some quick projects that you can do to spread cheer and awareness, and fun things daily on social media.
