I don’t have a ton of books in my room-some Social Thinking, a bunch of Julia Cook, some others I’ve collected over the years. The majority of the time if I need them, I take them out from my school library.

That said, I have enough that when I need one in a quick minute, I CAN NEVER FIND IT. Did I ever get it back from the Kindergarten teacher I leant it to? I let someone borrow it-I can’t remember who?!

You get the picture. This happened to me all the time until 2 years ago when I decided to finally go through my shelves and keep only what I needed. I then split up the books into less than 10 categories and printed off these bookshelf markers. I have been finding “lost” books ever since!
