Sorry for the unexpected hiatus! The truth is, life got in the way, as much as I love this job, my babes and family come first!

Back to organization! I’ve talked a little bit before about two I run my groups, especially lunch bunches. For years I have had a structured way that I run groups, and it really helps me and my kiddos. I write our “group plan” out for every session, either on the whiteboard in my room, or have this general case. It helps us all know what to expect and stay on track!

For groups where I have specific tools or ways I use things, I also make sure to have those prepped ahead of time. I also do a lot of routine “check outs” with my kiddos.
