Happy Friday! Earlier this week I talked about two forms I created and use for myself that save me time and let me complete classroom observations in a quick and effective manner. But what do you do after you have these great student observations and on & off task behavior graphs? You quickly and effectively compile them into a summary that you can share with teachers, administrators, parents or whoever you would like. I think this is really important-after all, the reason we are doing these observations is to provide strategies and feedback to those working with our students, right?

I know teachers especially really appreciate this format.

What is it? This is a form you can save on your computer and quickly input the data graphs and notes from your observation notes into, and then print and/or send to teachers, administrators and parents as a way of following up from the observation.

Create it: If you have a different template for taking notes when in the classroom, compile your own!
